Fire And Ice By Robert Frost Analysis

I choose the poem Fire and Ice , by Robert Frost, becauce it is a topic that its comon in the meaning that it is somenthing that all of us have thought about in some point of our lifes. And i agree with Frost, he did the poem because of his desire of warning people of two problems i the humanity. and that human emotions are destructive when alowed to run amok. And it is very interesting the way that he demostred that through methaphors, alliteration and repetition.
In the poem the author use figurative lenguage a lot, and i think that whithout it we wouldend be able to unsdertanded or to actually see his feelings through the poem. Use metaphor in " i think i know enough of hate, to say that destruction ice is also great". comparing ice to hate to say that the slowness that ice takes ahold to things is the same as hate it takes a lot to get someone to actualy hate another person. the fact that he uses fire and ice gives us an idea of how opposite are the points of view.
" Some say" this phrase is an example of alliteration"and it is repeated in the beaginning to emphesize that others are debating on this. Robert Frost uses or repeats "I" for the rest of the poem to show tht it is hi opinion on debate. we can see another example of alliteration in line 4: "Fire favor" both words begin with the same letter.
