Five Factor Personality Analysis
The Five Factor Personality questionnaire is a test based on the Five Factor Model of personality that helps an individual identify where they fall on the personality scale. The five traits this questionnaire uses are extraversion, agreeableness, conscientiousness, neuroticism, and openness.
The first trait is extraversion, which focuses mainly on social situations. On this section I scored a 24, which is considered relatively low. This score indicates that I would be considered an introvert, meaning that I am more reserved and tend to avoid large groups. I absolutely agree with this score because I have always been the person that chose to stay home and watch movies rather than spend my time at a party. The second trait is agreeableness, which reflects on how I interact with others. On this section I scored a 32, which is relatively high. My score indicates that I am compassionate, cooperative, and trusting. I believe this score accurately shows what typed of person I am. For an

This trait focuses on open mindedness and interest in culture. On this section I scored a 21, which is considered relatively low. I both agree and disagree with my score. I agree because I am not interested in art and I do like to think I am pragmatic. I disagree with my score because when it comes to certain tasks I am creative and at times I do have a wild imagination.
Ultimately after taking the Five Factor Personality test and analyzing the results, I believe that this test is extremely accurate. Although I did not agree with every single score that I received, I was honestly impressed how on target the results were. The only part of this test that bothers me is that it has made me realize that I possess a few traits that I do not necessarily care to admit that I have. The Five Factor Personality questionnaire is a great test to take ,whether it be for a class assignment or just to learn about

I must say that I do agree with the results of the test, but there are some aspects of it that I feel to be untrue. In general, I have to always stay busy and involved with various activities. I like being around people, leading, teaching and stimulating others into positive performances. I also like to act on things as opposed to just talking about it. Other people view me as having an outgoing personality. I also am able to relate to and have friends from all walks of life. On the other hand, I am one who does have to think things through, plan ahead, and am very structured (with things in order). I think that I am more a Sensing personality than a Intuitive one. I am more practical and a more hands on individual. Meaning, I often use and trust my experience before words and symbols. (Humanetrics.com, 1998-2011)…

In the first assessment tool “What Is My Basic Personality?” the focus was on the five-factor model of personalities which are-extraversion, agreeableness, conscientiousness, emotional stability, and openness to experience. Based off this evaluation, my basic personality indicates that I am moderately extroverted because I scored a ten. My conscientiousness, emotional stability and openness to experience scores were high with a score of fifteen. My personality does indicate that I am someone who is agreeable because I scored thirteen. According to the analysis and interpretation, a high agreeableness and conscientiousness score indicates someone who “is good-natured, cooperative, and trusting” (Robbins, 2007 pg.9). A high conscientiousness score represents “someone who is responsible, dependable, persistent, and achievement oriented” (Robbins, 2007 pg.9). Also, a high emotional stability score indicates “someone who is calm, enthusiastic, and secures (Robbins 2007 pg.9). Finally, a high openness to experience score signifies someone who is “imaginative, artistically sensitive, and intellectual” (Robbins, 2007 pg 9). My score indicates that I have a positive emotional stability level, conscientious and openness to experience. However, extraversion and agreeableness were moderate scores which imply that I can improve in these areas.…

There was no way a seventy question test where you can only select between the letters “A” and “B” could possibly tell me how I am, how I feel, and how I react to certain experiences. The test made me choose between two extremes. Therefore, allowing me to think I would receive one of the two extreme personalities. After obtaining the results, I was very surprised on how everything matched with me to a tee. It was as if someone already knew my path of life from knowing my own personality and how I experience the world; I tested as ISFJ. The letter “I” stands for introverted; Characteristics of an introvert are being quiet, thinking before acting, and being self motivated. When it comes to social interaction I do tend to be very shy and keep to myself. I am always asked “why are you so quiet?” when I am out with a group of people or in a class. I, also, over think or analyze every detail before I do or say anything; especially, when it comes to school work. Nothing drives me more nuts then having to do a school project because I make sure everything is okay or a least decent to be handed in. The next letter, “S”, stands for Sensing which means someone who is practical, realistic, remembers tones of voices or facial expressions, respects facts, etc. I thought it was really interesting how the test results told me I remember greatly tones of voices or facial expressions because I have a hard time remembering someone’s name but, if I were to see their face or hear their voice I can easily remember who that person is. I am very practical when it comes to work or to school. I do things for the matter of doing them because I have to and I never really question the reasoning or purpose behind it. The letter “F” stands for feelings. This means generally someone who is a people pleaser and is unsettled by conflict. I try my hardest to make everyone happy and positive, when I feel the slightest negativity coming from the person around me I tend to blame myself. I…

The S in DISC is about how I handle change and that I am not always good at letting things go. The F in the personality assessment relates to how easily it can be for me to get hurt. As I read the information from both assessments and pieced the puzzles together I could definitely see how this aspect comes into play with my life. Often times I let those who should not have any sort of effect on cause me to be super upset and when this happens I am unable to let the situation go. Both of those factors play into the S and F of the…
