Can reduce risk of heart disease, heart attack or stroke, reduces risk of developing kidney stones, help decrease bone loss, protect against specific kinds of cancer

Rinsing vegetables before eating or using them because it will get rid of the bacteria or surface microorganisms. And, to buy fresh vegetables that are in season because they can cost less and taste better.
