Introduction
Nowadays, people are very concern when it comes to their appearance especially the students. They want to look nice every time they are going to their school they wear their proper uniform with their black shoes and one problem that we encounter is how to keep our shoes looking good, but as a student we experience problems especially in financial. So we decide to make an alternative shoe shiner or shoe polisher.
Shoe polish is a waxy paste, cream or liquid used to polish, shine, waterproof, and restore the appearance of leather shoes or boots thereby extending the footwear’s life. Shoe polishes have different colors like brown but the most common is the color black. Shoe polish is usually flammable, can be toxic, and if misused, it can stain skin.
The researcher think of an idea that can combine in his/her research, based on it’s characteristics that can be the main source or ingredients of shoe polish. Based on his/her study, he/she discovered the most common characteristic of shoe polish that can be found in a charcoal so the researcher made a shoe polish made from charcoal, because charcoal is dark grey or black color that is one of the characteristic of shoe polish.
Charcoal is usually produced by slow pyrolysis, the heating of wood or other substances in the absence of the oxygen. The resulting soft, brittle, lightweight, black, porous material resembles coal. Now days many brands of shoe polishes are too expensive that can’t afford by many users. The researcher wanted to conduct a study to make shoe polish that are cheap, useful and can afford by many users.
Objective of the Study
This project aims to provide an alternative shoe polish that is very inexpensive and easy to make. This project also aims to provide a very low cost shoe polish for livelihood. Instead of buying a high cost shoe polish, we can use charcoal as an alternative. The researchers will also include the
