2) Which one is completely human related? (meaning it is not found naturally in the environment) Where have you learned about this one before??... Carbon Dioxide is the most human related gas found in the greenhouse gases. The burning of fossil fuels and the emissions from cars create carbon dioxide. My science class also learned a few days ago that carbon dioxide is released into the air as a result of cutting down trees. Trees store carbon dioxide and usually release carbon dioxide, yet when an overwhelming amount goes into the atmosphere that is bad and at the fault of a human.
3) Explain where each GHG is coming from… Each greenhouse gas can come from a different source, yet they all do the same job of keeping the earth warm by trapping heat. …show more content…
They may have the same requirement to fulfill such as absorbing and trapping heat, yet not all gases “do it” the same way or the same value of heat. For example, one pound of methane traps 21 times as much heat as a pound of carbon dioxide. Not only does the amount of heat trapped differentiate, but also the way each gas gets its job done is also varies. Some gases reflect heat off of clouds while others absorb it and keep it by the earth’s surface. Finally, not every gas comes from the same sources. Some gases like carbon dioxide and nitrous oxide are an effect of the burning of fossil fuels, but there are other sources both gases come from. In conclusion not every gas is the same they trap heat in a variety of ways, do not trap the same amount, and they all come from different
