Definition What is franchising? For my personal knowledge when I not yet doing this presentation. Franchise is buying others people brand to start doing business with the brand name. After I had develop information of franchising. I’m right, but the correctly, franchise is a continuing relationship in which a franchisor provides a licensed privilege to the franchisee to do business and offers assistance in organizing, training, merchandising, marketing and managing in return for a monetary consideration. Franchising is a form of business by which the owner (franchisor) of a product, service or method obtains distribution through affiliated dealers (franchisees).

Body Franchises have many benefits for who wish to do business, but in easier way. Like create opportunity, its provide employment and business opportunity. Taxation, government can gain the tax as income from franchise. Example Mc Donald, foods will have government tax. This’ll also help economy growth of a country. Variety of choice, customer can enjoy more choices of product and service. Lifestyle, to improve social living. Globalization. Recognize by people and let everyone know about the country. All are the benefit of franchisee, government, consumers. But what is the benefit and advantage of franchisor? Actually franchisors earn revenue from many sources. Like, franchise fees, franchise royalty fees, advertising and marketing administrative, services provided to franchises, sales of products and supplies and etc.
Although franchises have many benefit and advantages, but not everything perfect. Franchises have several disadvantages too. Costly, fees is vary widely. Franchise fees, franchise royalty fees and etc. there are many fees for franchisees to pay for. Example if a Mc
