In the Halloween season, children have always dressed as trending characters for the specific time, however, the creature from Frankenstein has always been a classic horror figure for kids to dress as. Frankenstein has been an influential film among the horror genre, inspiring similar plot lines for films, a continuation of the series, and remakes of the film, as well as an overall classic everyone knows of. The plot of the film follows a regular plot sequence with the rising action of creating the creature and getting an introduction to the characters. The plot then continues with the climax, when Frankenstein accidentally kills Marina, and the falling action of almost killing his creator. However, one of the aspects the film lacked, was the resolution. The ending was very abrupt, but at least the audience was able to get a general sense of the ending. Henry Frankenstein was often referred to as mad and crazy. However, the film provided a hidden background of Henry’s life, that I interpreted as the reason behind his craziness. When Henry was talking about his father, he said, nothing impresses him and their overall relationship seemed tense, therefore, lead to the conclusion of the madness being fueled by his father, so Henry would feel like he accomplished something good enough for his father. Henry and Elizabeth are supposed to be engaged and in love, however, Victor seems to be comforting Elizabeth, and Henry notices and is very hostile towards
