There should be a dress code in effect that says that. Other co-workers could be scared to approach a person in religious garb and we do not want that. In my life, when I find out someone’s religious beliefs and I do not agree with them, I think differently about them. That also happens in the workplace and we do not want that. Co-workers are to work together as a team not the opposite. For are religious institution like a religious school or church, discrimination is only acceptable in one situation. That situation is if a person is trying to work at an institution that believes in a different religion because that person would be representing that institution. In a religious school or church, if there is teacher that has different beliefs than their class, they could try teach them about his or her religion rather than the classes’. That is not what the people in the class are their for. I believe to work at a religious institution you have to have the same religious beliefs as the institution.
