Introduction Our group decide to operate an online handmade jewellery businesss name “Difenny Jewelry” that offers to all kinds of people, our company has 30 staffs,office workers and general public in Singapore. Before the commencement of the business, we have created business website which all of the devices and applications in the premises are linked together via LAN. Such software like an online shopping cart and accounting software are arranged.
The objective of this report is to analyze about hardware and software that are suitable and necessary for the computer system to perform the handmade jewellery business. Using an operating system we also identify the suitable software and hardware for computers, printers, scanners to the network. Other than that, we conduct the security issues and recommend on security and control procedures. Last but not least, we discuss on the limitation of the setup.

Recommendation and Justificaion For online handmade jewellery business to work, the devices that are necessary must choose appropriately so as to avoid frequency of interruption and others. Such devices
