A case that took place in may 2013, Palmdale, California; an eight year old boy, Gabriel Fernandez, was beaten up and tortured for 8 months until he faced death. He suffered unspeakable, simply revolting, abuse. This special treatment was given by no other than Isauro Aguirre. Just recently in the month of november, 2017, jurors has been conspiring the well earned consequence for Aguirre. Many people have-and still are- fighting for what the young boy could not have voiced out. Innumerable individuals have pulled out all the stops to give this man what he deserves. Eight months of constant abuse; after several reports of probable abuse within the boys home, Gabriel could not be rescued from that nightmare.
The of brother the victim, Ezequiel, had described that Gabriel was “beaten daily and was forced to eat cat feces and cat litter” (PEOPLE.com). It was also stated that Gabriel was forced to be locked in, “The Box”- a compact cabinet- while being gagged and bound

This infuriating man executed these horrid actions all because of the reason he accused Gabriel as gay. In an alternative way of illustration, it was simply because Aguirre was not fond of the child. At the time, Isauro Aguirre, was currently standing for trial in Los Angeles (oct 22 2017). As of today; November 27, 2017, the penalty phase has begun which is expected to last about a week. They say it will be about the severity of the crime and injuries to a defenseless child (NBC 7 San Diego). It has been claimed by Aguirre that he “He admits beating and torturing the boy but says his death was not intentional”(Daily Mail Online) although, many can agree that is was an intentionally murder by torture. Moreover, the verdict of Aguirre’s capital crime is first degree murder. The mother (Pearl Sinthia Fernandez, 34,) has also been charged with murder will be tried

Lately there have been a lot of break-ins and armed robberies in Jimboomba by ‘teenagers’. They’ve been demanding money from store clerks, some with knifes, baseball bats, and anything in between. To be honest I do not find the joy in doing such a thing, I believe that if you work hard enough to earn a living you will feel as if you have done well in this life and honestly I wouldn’t feel good knowing I have someone else’s hard earned money all to myself. I know that some of the crimes committed aren’t so bad, but the teens should be punished to learn from their mistakes, I believe that by doing so it will cause the community to feel safer and engage the government to make Jimboomba a better place to live.…

PTSD or Post Traumatic Stress Disorder is a psychiatric disorder that can occur following the experience or witnessing of life-threatening events such as the military combat, natural disasters, terrorism incidents, or any major tragedy. This is common in the life of veterans and is the leading cause of suicide among veterans. A VA patient who survived in Baghdad shares his experience with PTSD and explains how he knew he had this disability. Many veterans speak out about this issue and describe their continuous anger, alcohol addiction, and constantly wanted to fight. They usually feel very isolated and distant from their loved ones. One patient states, “PTSD involves rocketing into extreme states of stress re-activity; in the form of terror, rage, and uncontrollable impulses, and plunging into equally extreme states of being shut-down—exhaustion, emotional numbing, despair, and dissociation”. PTSD is about having fear and anxiety, allowing veterans to rage with anger and different emotion. There are many factors to PTSD, which affects others in different ways; or example, using video games to keep them occupied, spending money due to the lack of impulse control because of changes in their brain, and even not obtaining another job.…
