Gaining weight is one of the greatest topic in the world. Thus, people should acknowledge what the cause of gaining weight and how it affects our health. Two causes of gaining weight are laking of sleep and being stress.Lack of sleep is one od the causes of gaining weight. The lack of sleep not only has bad effects on your health but it's also "culprit" to make you gain weight .It slowly increases your appetite and also makes you crave high fat and carbon food.For example, many people can't sleep, they might get up and eat something that will help them fall asleep easily. But they don't know that means they will gain weight more easily. After a few day, when they check their weight, they gain weight but they don't know why. Another cause is being stressful. Stress affect your emotion which leads you to eat more to reduce your stress. People think that eating lighter, more snacking help you feel more comfortable. For instance, when I'm stress, I tend to cope with it by eating something sweet such as candy, chips without paying attention what I am eating can make me gain weight. Therefore, it is easily to gain weight when you are stressful. Besides, gaining weight also has bad effect on their health.
The first effect of gaining weight is osteoarthritis. Weight increases more pressure on the body. Overweight puts more pressure on the joints such as the knee, and then increases the risk of developing osteoarthritis. That makes u feel painful and harder whenever u move. Furthermore, weight gain makes you tired, stress, and harder to focus on your work. It affects on your job and your life. In short, gaining weight has side effects on your health. You Will easily die because of being overweight more than normal people. They're clear ideas and information about the causes and effects that u should know if u gain weight. U need to know how to handle and choose the right way to make your life style better and healthier.
