Request to Create and Implement New
Employee Training Program
INTRODUCTION
We have talked several times about the lack of training that we have available to the employees within our company. I have expressed my concerns about this lack of training and its effects on our products and overall employee confidence in doing our jobs. I would like to recommend possible solutions to this issue that I believe will benefit both the employee and the company.
Adequate training is the process for employees to learn new things and acquire the capabilities to perform their jobs and it is an essential part of any successful business. This training is directly linked to an employee’s performance and retention. Without proper training, employees will not reach their full potential and high levels of productivity will likely not be achieved.
