When I read the case I could appreciate that the captains and boat owners in La Mosquitia do not really care about the human rights because If you read the Human Rights Act you can check that this act protect the human in all of it aspects which in this case the owners are violating all the rights but at the same time the owners and captains can say that they offer the job and if people want they take it if not they can find another job. Also, we need to take in consideration that catches lobster is the main activity in La Mosquitia which do not let a lot of choices to the man from that area.

This alternative could have some advantage, it would protect the people from that country, decrease the murder and diseases causes by this activity. On the other hand, this alternative can have some disadvantage as it will increase the price of the lobsters because of the regulations and the more equipment that the captains and boat owner need to buy to protect the people, it would decrease the amount of lobster that the boats are going to catch because of the new rules and regulations about how many time the buzos can go down.
