Paragraph
Getting over a bad cold has several tips that you need to follow. First, you should stay rested because resting when you first come down with a cold helps your body direct its energy toward the immune battle. Moreover, do not stay late at night or you should sleep well (at less 8hrs per a day) because sleeping bodies produce cytokines (which fight infection, inflammation, and stress) and other infection-fighting cells. Second, for the food you shouldn’t eat the spicy foods or anything high in sugar and fat because it make your illness being worse. You should eat citrus fruit because it have vitamin C can be cure the cold and other food such as chicken soup, honey and ginger. For ginger, it has been used for thousands of years as a natural treatment of cold and flu around Asia so you should chop ginger root, boil in hot water, and drink it two-three times a day. One more thing, you should avoid alcohol and instead by drinking lots of water especially hot water or tea. Third, take a steamy shower can moisturize and relax you. If you’re dizzy from the cold you should have a steamy shower. Fourth, gargle with salt water can moisten a sore throat and bring temporary relief. Try to gargle with a teaspoon of salt dissolved in warm water, four times daily to reduce the tickle in your throat. For my latest tip, you should see a doctor if it can’t be better and do not take antibiotic without a prescription because antibiotics fight bacterial infection not viral infection, using the antibiotics without has created many drug-resistant strains of bacteria that can affect to you in the future so do your part to reduce their overuse. Finally, you should reduce stress that also make the cold become worse and try for these tips. I hope all these tips are the good methods for you to get over the bad

One of the most common treatments is physiotherapy, where a trained person (usually a family member) manipulates the tissue around the trachea to shift mucus but this can be painful and is time consuming. Medication that is taken orally or through a nebulizer include mucolytics (which break down mucus), corticosteroids (improves respiratory function), bronchodilators (which relax the smooth muscle in lungs) and antibiotics (to treat continuous infections). Pancreatic enzyme supplements are also taken during meal times. (20). It has also been suggested that the cholera toxin may be able to thin mucus and help to alleviate the symptoms. However this has only been hypothesised as of yet (21).…
