Introduction

The international financial crisis has largely been developed. The financial crisis which started for several months in the United States eventually explode at the big day to reach the major financial centers around the world.

If the financial and economic mechanisms that led to this quite surprising crisis its suddenness, its magnitude and its rapid spread around the world, appear today relatively well identified, its immediate and impact in term of activity and exchanges are still made of strong uncertainties and raise many concerns. The current crisis is not a classical financial crisis, but a crisis of the world bank and insurance sector, today at the edge of collapse because legitimacy by an epidemic of "toxic debt".

This situation cannot not have repercussions on the Moroccan bank and insurance sector, by its parent to subsidiaries companies relations, or simply a lender-borrower in the world system; Hence a very probable restriction of credit conditions in the Morocco in 2009, which will have a direct impact on the activity of households and businesses.
1. The effects of the global recession on Morocco’s economy

First, we need to specify that for Morocco there are two crises:

The crisis of the poor who can no longer repay their loans: there is no consequence on Morocco
