Goals Essay Hello, my name is Betty J. Johnson I am very outgoing and independent person who loves cheering up others. I am currently attending Miller-Motte Technical College where I am pursuing a career as a Medical Assistant and Coder. I am currently working as a CNA at the Veterans Victory House in Walterboro, S.C. where I do multitasking. I thank God that I am able to do the things I can do for myself and have a positive outlook on life. I may not be where I want to be financially but I am still holding on to knowing that things will get better. I want a career and not just a job and being in college has given me that chance to accomplish that. I see myself as being a very productive part of a medical team and giving everything that I have to offer. I want to awake and feel awesome about going to my job and giving 100% of me all the time every day. Getting a good education and the foundation to successfully obtain the career is very important. I know that my being in college has steered me more into the direction I need to go and how to get there. Being a team player is very important in the medical field and it benefits everyone involved. Having someone to share my dreams with is very important to me but he must be a man of God. I need someone that will pray, love, support, comfort, and be my best friend through good and bad times. I love to sing because it makes me feel closer to God. This helps me to step forward to my medium range and long-term goals. Being a spiritual blessing to others is very important to me as well as singing, it gives me a satisfaction in knowing I have made a difference in someone life. I feel if I stay on course and stay focus I will obtain my medium-range goal by December of 2013. This is very important for me because I have so much to offer and I have been stuck to long in the job where I am and no one cares about you its all about getting for themselves. I want to be a valuable asset to the company I am

There are three crucial elements to follow in project management, these are time, scope and cost and are known as the “Triple Constraint” or “Triple Constraint triangle (Kerzner, 2006).…

It also really inspires me to really give everything I have and to take risks. My aspirations for my career is to go into Physical Therapy. After my four years at MSU, I hope to be able to go to John Hopkins to further my education for Physical Therapy. After I finish schooling, I want to work in a practice for a while, then when I am more experienced, I want to try and open my own practice. As for my aspirations at MSU, I really want to be at the top of the class, and just get all the hands on experience I can get, and really enjoy what I am learning. I know that my dreams take work and a lot of dedication, so to help me achieve them, I know I need to set smaller goals to keep myself inspired, but having something to work for that’s realistic at that moment. I will use each of the smaller goals as stepping stones to my ultimate goal of owning my own practice. This will be easy because I work harder for things that mean a lot to me, and this is very…

There are many types of goals. Growing up, I always dreamed of being two things: a mother and a nurse. I am blessed to have two wonderful children ages 14 and 16 and have had the privilege of being able to be a stay-at-home mom during their younger years. Now that they are older and a bit more independent, I have decided to go back to school and fulfill my goal of earning my degree in Nursing. Throughout the years of growing and maturing, I have learned how important it is to have good morals, values, goals, a passion for something, and a good education. I have not only taught my children the importance of these characteristics, but I have also shown them that regardless of one’s age or stage in life, that…

I’m attending Monterey Peninsula college on a short-term basis Until I transfer to a four year university. Education in my family has never been an option and I have always been pushed to further my education. I myself value my education because it will enhance my knowledge of whatever career I decide to pursue. Learning in general to me has always been important, I love discovering things I’ve never been introduced to or heard of before. Like Dr. Seuss once said, “The more that you read, the more things you will know. The more that you learn, the more places you’ll go”. I chose to attend MPC to explore my options and figure out what career I want to pursue. One of my short-term education goals is to get good grades in all of my classes this semester (my first semester of college) and to create my ideal career plan. A long-term goal of mine is to complete all of my…

Some kids play sports in high school. Others are in the band, take roles in theater, or members of the debate team. Myself, I did not so any of those things, because, since middle school, my life has been fully devoted to practicing my passion for agriculture and preparing for an eventual career in the industry. I never had time for orchestra rehearsals or scrimmages, I was either out in the barn or in the pens in the field, or at plant ID practice, livestock judging workouts, or chapter meetings instead. These things even took the place of milestones such as prom and homecoming dances for me in middle/high school, but, it was completely fine to me, because, I knew my hard work would soon pay off as soon as…
