The concept of liberal arts education has been spread through different universities all over the world. This system of education gives students much more freedom that let them choose freely their majors, courses even their professors. Thus, it has been a great competition at the period of registration, as every student wants to catch a place in the class of the good professor. There is question that needs to be imposed here! Who is the good professor? Actually, not all students can insist on a precise definition for the good professor; some students see that good professors are the professors who give them an A disregarding good explaining and fair grading, other students consider good professors are good explainer and the remaining consider good professors are fair graders. There is a controversial issue here that students want to literally learn as they pay money and they want also to get a good grade due to paying money also. Therefore, there are many kinds of professors who are known as top ones to students and that differ according to each student’s attitude.
To begin with, the first kind of professors is an easy grader who is the most preferable kind to students in the university. Large proportions of students want a professor with zero workload, top grading, and no attendance and at the end they expect getting an A, however, this professor may explain or may not explain at all but this isn’t students’ concern who don’t care about learning. Easy grader professors most probably have a weak academic level, which annoys good students who really want to learn. For example, last semester I had to take a natural science course as a core curriculum, I took with a professor, which was extremely easy; she gives many bonuses through the whole semester, very easy assignments but I didn’t understand anything from the materiel she explained, she just read the slides so I struggle a
