on july 4th, 1776. This document was written by Thomas Jefferson. The goal was to create a democracy, hopefully to give its citizens a better form of government and the natural / human rights they thought every individual deserved.
John Locke's idea of natural rights was an important part of the Declaration of Independence, providing a framework for the the rights and privileges for each of its citizens..
He wrote that “all individuals are equal in the sense that they are born. That the rights that are God-given and can never be taken or even given away. Among the fundamentals natural rights are Life liberty and property”. He also argued that individuals should make free choices about how to conduct their own lives as long as do not act outside the law of reason.
“What are some civil rights you possess under the U.S. Constitution and the Civil Rights Acts passed by Congress and why are they important for the protection of your natural rights?” We have to right to own property, religious freedom, the right of free speech, and are entitled to a free education. The reason why civil rights and natural rights are important is because this is to protect rights to every citizen. If they were never given then we would not have the right to a free education, freedom of religion, freedom of speech, property.
If we did not have the Civil, Natural rights we would have no rights. The government would control how a person is treated and there would be unfair laws on land for people's property and the right to have our own individual …show more content…

The Civil Rights is the fourteenth amendment to the united states constitution. This Act was adopted on july 9th, 1869 as one of the reconstructions of the amendments. This Act Was to address the citizenship rights to living in the U.s.this was to keep equal protection of the laws and this was to correct a issues related to former slaves after they were recently freed.
This is so that all person who were born or naturalized in the united states had the same right for citizenship. The Civil rights act became an important amendment throughout history like in 1870 they began to allow people of color to vote and other to be prohibited from discrimination them.
Several new things and new acts were made along with the Civil Rights act through the years 1896 to 2006 we seen freed slavery, rights for every citizen, to purchase or sell land, prohibited discrimination of race, color, or previous condition of servitude, legal protection, voting in federal elections, provided criminal penalties for violating the act, constitutional rights to Native Americans tribes land, establish coverage or minority group including any race, allowing profit for anyone to receive monetary damages in cases based on sex and race, disability, and lastly to extend the bilingual elections requirements and make voting materials requirements.
“What are some political rights you possess under the U.S. Constitution and why are they necessary to protect your natural rights?” It is a necessity to protect our Political Rights is because they are about ensuring people's ability to participate in the political life of the United states. This gives the people the entitlement to elect public officials or even themselves to hold a public office. They even allow us to take part in political activities or to reframe for even partaking to choose if not to.
The constitution states that it allows all citizens to participate freely in politics.
This is without restraint or compulsion from anyone or political party person. But this allows that is a person does not want to participate into the political activity they will not be forced into it. This was to be free and fair with eclections for public office to establish in the terms of the constitution or any other type of law in the United States.
In conclusion Natural Rights are here in the united states to protect every citizen who is naturalized or even born on the land. For an example It's still an issue today due to the recent change in (DACA) Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals. This became a big thing in 2017 when Donald J. Trump was elected president. He believed that all immigrants should go back to there home land, and that this would free jobs back to the Americans
This was due to the immigrant policy that allowed individuals who were brought to the united states illegally as children to receive a chance to get a tew-year of deferred action from deportation this was to give them eligibility to a work permit or even access to a college or payed school education. In 2014 they were to expand the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals to cover additional illegal
immigrants.
The United States Department of Homeland Security rescinded the expansion in 2017.the Plan was to Phase out Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals that were initiated by the Trump Administration. Then on septembers 5th, 2017, the congress passed the Dream Act, this was to give citizenship for dreamers under the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals. Some people were taken “back to their homes” in mexico or any place where they originated from. Trump wanted to get rid of imagrasand build a wall to prevent people from crossing the border to America.
Due to people who never got the citizenships some families in the United states were separated and it's still a current issue to all the Dreamers who want to claim Rights of the citizenship for their family members. Under the Constitution that everybody has the right as a citizen they can see, they can vote, they can even fight for what they believe in.
Some of the things I went over through the questions can be applied to those who have claimed citizenship or been born in America. They have the rights and many of them marched to show there visibility of speech and protest to protect the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals and even the Dreamers families. I believe that civil rights and natural rights should have been given to them since they were naturalized through school and working for jobs.
