My three major points are The Dust Bowl, World War 1, and the Stock Market Crash. These three major points put millions of people in a sad place, A place nobody wanted to be at. Everyone wanted to believe it was a dream. Doing their best to raise their children. Caused a whole lot of damage to the crops, getting around to places, and especially losing loved ones. This was all happing in Kansas, Oklahoma, Texas, and New Mexico; from Nevada and Arkansas.
For eight years people prayed for it to rain, for the dust to be gone and everything back to the commonly and regular, healthy ways the southern plains and the northern Plains once was. The northern plains wasn't
so badly affected as the southern plains. Children are having to walk to school wearing face mask so they wouldn't inhale the dust. Family's hanging up wet sheets over windows or anything so the dust wouldn't come into their homes, but no matter what they did dust was always coming in. Farmers would plant Hoping they would see something green out of the ground, but there was nothing, nothing at all happened. On April 14,1935 a Black Sunday of the worst the Dust Bowl happens, causing extreme damage.
World War 1 was truly the result of building angry and violent behaviors among the countries of Europe which was supported by the rise of believing that your country is the best.
The Stock Market Crash happened on October 29, 1929, although the country entered a time period where people and businesses made less money months before the crash.
