Gulliver’s Travel
The world shows many different and unique characteristics in life. The movie “Gulliver’s Travel”, it shows a little bit more than that. There were many things that have happened to Gulliver throughout his life. One of the important memories he’s had was the time he summoned some people from the past; historians. All of this was a big metaphor, and very satiric. This part of Gulliver’s Travel is very important because it is very much symbolic; it symbolizes a lot about Gulliver. Gulliver summoned historians by cutting his finger using his blood. There are many symbolic reasons to why and how Gulliver summoned the historians. Some examples include that Gulliver was stuck in time; he did not know where or how her got there, he realizes what happening to him, and he uses blood as a sacrifice.
Gulliver was stuck in time. He was very confused and was like that for quite a while. He did not know what was going on with him; he did but other people did not understand. Everyone around him including his acquaintances and also his family thought he was going crazy and insane. They thought that he was crazy because he would talk to himself, but he was actually talking to these different creatures that are only visible to him. He would also see these things and the different creatures; he can only see. Gulliver did really look crazy talking to himself, his wife and his son supported him because they loved him and hope that he would get better soon. Before all of this they haven’t seen Gulliver for many years so that’s why they want to keep him around. Gulliver also did not know he had a son. Gulliver was stuck in time that’s why his family could not find him for quite a huge amount of time. He was stuck in time and doing the same routine over and over again. At first, Gulliver was just confused and did not know how to handle things. He tried fixing his problem by talking to people and telling him what he sees. Those things that he sees are like another world
