People are allowed to carry guns to protect themselves by the US law if they have license to use it but this law is a double-edged sword, why? Gun is a very serious problem in this society and it must to be illegal and totally restricted no matter what.
In most of states in the US, people are allowed to carry guns when they have license and permission except some states. Gun is a really good weapon to self-protect but gun sales increase as crimes. There are many kinds of crimes in mass killings recently such as mental problem murders, gaming effective murders, memorial effective murders, etc. Those things make gun become a most concern in the society nowadays. First of all, gun is a deadly weapon. People can be easily killed by others who own guns because it’s simple that people who own a gun is more likely not afraid many things even though police. All in all, it is not a good choice for American society at the present stage to ban gun. From the constitutional view, Gun Ban is contrary to the constitution of human rights and protection spirit; from the political view, it will increase the risk of tyranny; from the economic view, it will lead criminal squares to become one of the guns of the monopolist; from the social reality view, it leads to the lack of citizen means of self-defense; finally, from social culture view, it does not conform to the American culture tradition and social psychology. I think the key to the problem of gun crime is not the gun itself, but the deep problems of the society, such as poverty, social life and so on. I think gun control is just a…

Gun control is at the center of the National debate. It should be more difficult for citizens who live in the United States to buy and own guns. I believe it should be difficult for citizens in the United Stated because guns are used for all the wrong reasons today. I’ve had many pervious conversations with individuals and almost everyone I’ve talked to said that most crimes are committed using a gun. Innocent people often find themselves involved with the commission of a crime that involves guns. This reason is because people feel that in the midst of a crime the only power they have liable is using guns and without a gun they cannot get what they want. It should be more difficult to obtain a gun in the United Stated. One reason for that is because most crimes are committed with guns. Also, in a lot of the crimes that are committed with guns, innocent people are getting caught in the midst of it and getting hurt. It shouldn’t be easier to get a gun than a driver’s license or alcohol because a gun can harm a human being more alcohol.…

One thing we can’t deny would be that gun control laws would keep us all safer and even save lives. Statistic show that more guns equals to more homicide cases. If more citizens have easy access to guns, they’re more likely to kill than if they didn’t have easy access to the guns. Public places like schools, restaurants, and churches are not acceptable places for people to be carrying guns; it puts the public in danger. It should be illegal.…

A statistic given in an article “7 FACTS You May Not Know About Gun Control” on the website Independent Journal Review in 2011, proved for every 1 person that was killed by a rifle, 1.5 was killed by a club or a hammer. The power of just carrying a gun on you over powers those people who want to commit crime to you. The person who is about to commit the crime may not be able to see the gun on you at first glance. However, as soon as you draw it out, they are going to have to rethink what they are doing. In the essay titled “A Peaceful Woman Explains Why She Carries a Gun,” Linda M. Hasselstrom emphasizes the need for…

There is a big controversy about whether or not to have control over guns. One side of the controversy is that no citizen is allowed to have a gun in the house hold, only allowing the Army, Cops, and anyone with that power over the country. You also have the other side that the citizens are on, where many of the citizens use firearms for hunting, safety, and many other things. How could we take away firearms when so many people have and use them, “In the United States every 100 people 88.8% have firearms.” (ProCon.org “Gun Control ProCon.org”,1) The main reason the government is thinking to have gun control, is to decrease the lives that are getting taken away by these powerful tools that we use to have fun. Enforcing more constricting gun laws is not the answer! By restricting the American people’s right to bear arms, the government is infringing on the Second Amendment. There are plenty of laws currently in existence that would benefit the nation if they were only better enforced. In addition to this, a common misconception of the populace is that reducing the number privately owned guns will in turn reduce the number of fatalities involving firearms. The majority of deaths in the United States are because of people getting killed with guns and the reason is because the guns end up in the wrong hands.
