Gynaecomastia- a stage of uneasiness for young men
What is Gynaecomastia?
Young boys specially in their teens often go through a puberty change which causes the tissues under the nipples start to grow and can make it look like small breasts.
Gynaecomastia is a very embarrassing situation for any young man to go through especially if it is not resolved quickly.
How long does Gynaecomastia last?
This is a tricky question. Gynaecomastia starts in boys at an early age of ten and increases uptill the age of 13-14. Usually it goes away within a few months atmost. But there have been cases where men of the age of 20 still have Gynaecomastia and it shows very little sign of reduction.

How do you deal with it?
With most boys it generally disappears as they step into adulthood. For those of who, this problem still persists then surgery maybe an option to consider. But if you are overweight, get rid of the fat first because a lot times fat gets accumulated before going for surgery.
There are many young men who feel embarrassed when they gave such a type of problem. There are a few ways to deal with this before Gynaecomastia goes away.
Wearing thick t-shirts or sweatshirts will help you conceal the overgrown part.
Exercising helps a long way not only in getting rid of this problem but also for developing muscles which is required in men.
