Influences
Two relevant and important influences that relate to opening “Hair Connections” are the personal qualities of the sole trader who intends to operate the business and also the ability to source relevant information from appropriate departments to assist in the business establishment in areas where the business owner may not possess all of the relevant expertise.

A business owner must recognize their strengths and weaknesses to determine whether they possess the required qualities needed to establish and run a business to minimize the risk of the business failing.
