This quote came from the mouth of Laertes during act 4 scene 7. This quote is said by Laertes to Claudius about getting rid of Hamlet that no man should be murdered on sacred ground like a church. In a way, this references how Claudius became king. As he has taken the life of the former king, sleeping in his bedroom, which proves to be sacred ground.
