In order to revamp the complete CRM it will encompass all five variables. These variables are scope, time, cost, quality, and risk. As the project manager I will need to review each area and develop a sound plan taking in consideration any issues that may arise. The purpose of revamping the CRM is to improve the relationship with customers. This will need to be done by replace all hardware that is out-of-date, installing the correct software to have programs to track the customer’s wants and needs and create a user-friendly webpage for the company. The first variable is the scope of the project, which will describe what needs to be completed in order to complete the project. The project will include replacing the hardware that is out-of-date. The installation of new software will help employees understand the wants and needs of the customers. The new software will have the capability to analysis and track customer spending habits to ensure that the company can focus on what is the demand of the customer. Creating and maintaining a webpage that is user-friendly for customers will be a key factor in reaching out to customers and to increase profit of the company. The last thing that will be done is training the staff on how to use the new system to make their jobs easier and make them more efficient. The time frame that is going to be acceptable for the major overhaul of this project is two weeks. After replacing the old hardware and install new hardware the company will focus on ironing out any wrinkles in the system. The overhaul will start with half of the CRM so that the whole company is now offline. This still gives the company the chance to interact with customers, build, and maintain relationships. After all the issues are fixed with the new system, training of the staff will start; these training classes will consist of 15 people at a time. This will give everyone the chance to ask questions and really get help from the training staff to understand the
