The session was conducted by Mr. Sanjay Prabhakaran, Mr. Anirudha Kar, and myself on the IB philosophy, its structure and delivery in the classrooms. It was an informative and interactive session which helped the parents gain an insight into what goes on in a
PYP classroom.

Christmas Carnival
Christmas is a magical time of the year that all children look forward to. The IELC hosted a Christmas carnival for our primary children as well as children from other schools. The children enjoyed a wonderful day at the carnival. The carnival was hosted in aid of the Remote Learning Centre and we raised more than
Rs 40000 from selling children’s artwork, calendars, food etc. All proceeds from the carnival went towards the RLC.
The highlight of the event was a visit from Santa Claus. The children also enjoyed the games, art activities, and the bouncy castle.
Sports Day
Our Sports Day was the last event to the term and a great way to start the holidays for the Orian house students who scored incredibly well and came first!
