In the book Hassan has demonstrated many of those to the readers. Hassan is truly a good person, and have never doubted Amir for anything. In fact, he thinks Amir to be like his very own brother and stood by Amir side. This is evident in the book as Hassan stated, “for you, a thousand times over” (2). This quote clearly shown us the reader how just how Hassan think about Amir. He is willing to do anything with Amir that was being told, thus stating that quote without any hesitation. In another circumstance, was when the Amir and Hassan played together. Hassan would always take the blame for Amir so that he doesn’t get in trouble. In the book, ‘“Yes father’, Hassan mumbled, ‘looking down at his feet. But he never told on me. Never told that the mirror, like shooting walnuts at the neighbor’s dog, was always my idea.”’ (3). This clearly shows the reader the thoughts of Hassan, and also circle around Hassan loyalty. Hosseini included that scene to allow reader further emphases Hassan’s loyalty to Amir. Hassan never thought of harming Amir, and always took the blame each time they are in trouble.
