Most employees lack a culture of caring. Where health and safety regulations are concerned, most of them think of the repercussions of these laws rather than looking at it from a different perspective. This has affected many people in the organisation mentally and emotionally and a negative culture can undermine the viability of the best projects, strategies and services proposed to improve the workforce. They are affected mentally because they spend most of their time worrying how much they are liable for these laws if something goes wrong and this causes stress and anxiety levels amongst others to increase. Depression may be a result of this because the new Health and Safety regulations laws have taken a different approach this time around in getting everyone involved. …show more content…

Anxiety can originate from both great and terrible encounters, so the impacts of anxiety can be sure or negative. Anxiety is not all awful - without anxiety, there would be no profitability or engagement. Stress turns into an issue when people are not ready to handle an occasion or circumstance and get to be overpowered.
There are different perceptions currently over the health and safety regulations. Most people in the organisation do not show care and responsibility towards some colleagues simply because they’re not in the same department or because they don’t run or work under that department. This is exactly what the new Health and Safety regulations are trying to abolish. Getting employees to grow out of this thinking may be hard.
