Rationale, Why is it important to know about the health care system?
It is important to know about the health care setting when studying to be a health care assistant because we need to know how the industry works and we need to understand how people that we will be possibly looking after and working with get on with their everyday life when dealing with issues.
We need to know how these people think and how cultures affect them and how just to help them with the dignity that they deserve and make sure that we are doing the right job that will no doubt won’t interfere with our patients’ rights.
Like sadly is the case a lot of people working in the health care setting don’t have the appropriate qualification to work in the setting. It is important when we are working with patients we use the training we get in college to provide them with the best possible care we can provide.
