Healthy 1. What kind of food is healthy?
Answer: Firstly, healthy food consists of all the essential nutrients that your body needs like proteins, carbohydrates, lipids, calcium, vitamins etc. Secondly, it is hygienic & doesn't contain any germs that can harm your body. Thirdly, it should include all sorts of food example vegetables, fruits, meat, dairy and carbohydrates in right proportion. In a nutshell, healthy food keeps your body fit & at its top.
I understand: That in a healthy food, it consists of nutrients that our body needs, its hygienic which means there isn’t any germs that could harm our bodies. And also, the food we eat must be in moderation. 2. What are the nutrients found in healthy food?

Answer: Carbohydrates can be found in rice, bread. Fats like fatty acids, like vegetables, seeds and marine oils. Vegetables are also rich in grain products, and fibres (which make possible the whole process of digestion), also contained in certain types of fruit and in whole grains. Proteins are another highly important constituent of our body (contained in skin, hair and muscles) and only by consuming aliments such as meat, fish, eggs, vegetables, dairy and soy products can we help the damaged cells by providing them with the compounds much needed. Vitamin supplements can nowadays be bought in almost every store, many of them being also available in specific products.
Minerals are an usual element of certain kinds of foods, but they can be ingested separately.

I understand: That nutrients found in healthy food are mostly what our body requires the most, and there is a lot of nutrients found in healthy food.

3. What can we achieve from staying healthy?

Answer: When we’re staying healthy, our body gets stronger, and we won’t fall sick easily. And we won’t get health issues like high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes etc. By staying healthy, we can look physically fit and be strong from the inside.
