Time and time again, we hear kids eat out too much, lack the proper in take of the correct vegetables, fruits and meats. Parents are not on same page to learn how to make healthy choices. Do you like feeding your children processed, starchy meals, and junk food? Do we not know how to make these healthy choices? Or are we just lazy? I truly believe making healthy choices takes time, extra energy, and more money.
