Based on my results, before doing jumping jacks the 40-45 year old suject's was 80 bpm. After doing jumping jacks for two minutes the 40-45 year old subject's heart rate read 100 bpm, that is a difference of 20 bpm. Before jogging, the 40-45 year old subject's heart rate read 82 bpm. After this exercise, the 40-45 year old subject's heart rate read 96 bpm, that is a difference of 14 bpm. Before starting the sit-ups, the 40-45 year old subject's heart rate read 85 bpm. but after doing this exercise for two minutes the 40-45 year old subject's heart rate read 96 bpm, that is a difference of 11 bpm.
