Hi, my names Valerie and I was born November 1st, 2000 at 1:30pm in New Westminster, British Columbia. Although, after almost six years of living in BC my Mom decided it was best my sister, Jennifer, her and I all move to Calgary, Alberta. We lived there for about a year, then we moved to the Okanagan in British Columbia, then back down to Surrey. I’m thankful I never moved outside of Canada because living in Canada means freedom, plus everyone's so nice. Anyway, after all that moving you would think I attended multiple schools and I did. I attended Rosscarrock Elementary, Holly Elementary, M.V Beattie Elementary, Mary Jane Shannon Elementary and last but not least Guildford Park Secondary up until now. Seeing how I went to so many schools I got to experience different ways of…

Shocking revelations and plot twists in a story are needed to keep the audience from boredom. However, the audience rarely pays attention to these little details; they tend to focus on the big picture rather than specifics. This makes the effects of the revelations and surprises appear greater than they would otherwise have been. Only upon a closer analysis of the story do these foreshadows become evident.…

I felt a lot of self-satisfaction today. It was very fast pace of course, the self-satisfaction came from being successful when helping others. Today I had several people come back to me and tell me thank you for helping them. Several of our refugees became citizens on Friday. I had a feeling that I haven’t felt in along time. After several people told thank you, I started to seethe world in a more positive way I cam to work expecting to just help people. Someone saying thank you to me just completely changed my way. Its like they were say I understand how hard you work and I truly appreciate everything you do. I noticed that I address the client in a more positive manner also. I always try my best with everything, I just feel like I was a little bit more productive today. I was able to contact Medicaid insurance and got over three people full coverage. We had a pizza party for the children today because it was the last day of English classes for them a the Mary’s outreach center. Today was a good day. I think I am going to take this weekend off and watch some of my favorites shows Orange is the new black and Supernatural. Hah I shouldn’t fool myself; I have too much homework to do, to take a break. Times like this reminds me of my favorite speech Eric…

George Peele was an English dramatist, born in 1556. He led a reckless life and died of small pox. The poem ‘What thing is love’ was written in 1580’s and is in some ways against love. He says that one should not love as women can hurt you with love – Love’s dwelling is in ladies’ eyes, From whence do glance love’s piercing darts (Cupid’s arrows i.e. Roman God of love), That make such holes into our hearts.…
