Hi Dannette Wall Calendar Case
Hi Dannette,
I am sorry to have learned that your order for the wall calendar was not delivered to you as scheduled. I understand the disappointment you must have felt with the order and the negative impact it has caused.
I know there is nothing that can be said to change the fact that your order didn’t arrive as intended. However we would be going against our policy of placing our customer needs first, if we didn’t try.
I have process a replacement order for the wall calendar and it will be delivered to you by 06/02/2017, this reorder will not be any cost to you.
I have process a full refund for the calendar order, a total of $14.50 will be issued to your Visa card and it will be reflected in your account within the next 3-5 business

Founded in 1902, JC Penney is one of America’s leading retailers, operating more than 1,000 department stores throughout the United States and Puerto Rico, as well as offering products online and through catalogs. In January 2012, Johnson was recruited by J.C. Penney investors and left the United States’ second-most-valuable company, Apple, to join the J.C. Penney. He wanted a new challenge. CEO Ron Johnson introduced a plan to rebrand the department store J.C. Penney. The plan was involved and would completely restructure the department store as America knows it. Clear objectives were set. A plan was put into practice that would initiate a three-tiered pricing structure and remove all sales and promotions. A new logo was created. Stores were to be completely redesigned, and turned into 100 mini-stores within each J.C. Penney. Unfortunately, the plan was executed sloppily and J.C. Penney took a 25% loss in just one year. Ron Johnson was fired after only 17 months. J.C. Penney is now searching for a way to survive.…

Yankee Fork and Hoe Company produces garden tools and is the leader in this very competitive and mature industry. A large increase in sales is not likely in the industry so providing outstanding customer service for a high quality product is key to surviving in this industry. Lately, very important and valuable customers are receiving shipments late. This is a huge problem because these customers guarantee on time delivery to their customers. To look closer into the issue, I discussed the ordering process with the marketing and production manager. These two managers described how they forecast and it is clear there are a number of issues with each of their methods. Due to the inaccurate forecasting methods, orders are not being placed correctly which leads to tools not being available to meet the customers demand.…

It is definitely clear by the way the customer service guy answer that the organization didn’t encourage its front line people to empower to do something about customer complaints. Sometimes extreme customer service has to be done, as the guy from Fedex who walks 20 years ago in a flood to deliver and pick up a package. As Liz Strauss said: FedEX man raised the new package high above his head and said very loudly, “Fed EX we deliver. We pick up too!” According to the Policy of Two Money Back Guarantees, I would said they definitely have to give the money back to Ms. Sylvia Cooper since they were not able to deliver on time her package.…
