These curious Hawaiians were very friendly to the new comers. A few months later the expedition left to find the Northeast Passage, but was forced to turn back when a massive storm hit. Cook and his expedition returned to the islands with greed and they stole many belongings. In a fight between the Hawaiians and the expedition Captain James Cook was killed.
