Hollingsworth Financial Services: Win/Win Paradigm Of Human Interaction
Justin Colmer- Hollingsworth Financial Services

WEEK SIX: SHARED VISION AND MUTUALLY BENEFICIAL OUTCOMES

1.) The concept that I have acquired and would like to discuss is the win/win paradigm of human interaction. This paradigm has the opportunity to produce absolute mutual benefit for both parties. This situation can produce long lasting business and personal relationships between both parties. Both parties will receive mutual benefit, there will be no losers in this situation. The basic principle is defined by a paradigm that there is enough for all parties and no one should get greater benefit than the other. The concept states that there’s a better way for all parties, not a way that is only beneficial for one side of the equation. This

I noticed a friend and coworker has been struggling completing his tasks. The problem is that he has family from overseas in town and they are going to be in town for the next couple of weeks. My plan was to help him out since I am now able to handle my school workload much more efficiently. My plan was to set some time on Monday morning to discuss this with him. My plan is to help him with his ACH forms on Friday afternoons, this will clear up roughly two hours for him to finish his check runs on Fridays. In return when his family leaves in two weeks, he will begin to take over a portion of my tasks for two weeks. This will free up some time for me to study for final exams and to try to accomplish some of the extra credit opportunities in some of my …show more content…
Like I stated above his Friday was less stressed and he was able to finish his tasks on time. This also was noticed by our accounting management team and they were extremely excited and happy that we were able to work together in such a way that builds teamwork and leadership. This win/win approach will need to be analyzed in the coming weeks when he is able to take some of my tasks. But for now we actually created a shared vision proactive solution that benefits all parties. Our managers are happy, I am happy and he is happy. I feel taking this win/win approach has increased my relationships with my coworker and has built trust in our systems approach. I plan to look at other areas of my schedule and analyze my results. I plan to schedule out my next two semesters and print out the graduation forms and audit forms that are needed to be submitted by

We realized we were working with a short deadline and needed to get working right away. This deadline gave us a unique opportunity to interact in a team and plan our time. Everyone was asked when they had free time in order to build the car. Everyone had time on Wednesday and Thursday before the project was due on Friday. We decided that Wednesday was better because we would have time to correct any possible problems. Once the date and times were set, everyone was tasked with bringing two or three materials from our list, this was done through…

I had to plan ahead in order to make sure that I accomplish the assignments for this class while still attending the board meetings for the organizations I was a part of. By looking at my Participation paper I was there for a majority of my class days and the only reason I missed class was because of really bad allergies and when I received bronchitis for week and a half. By going to class I was able to get tips on how to make my work better and how to accomplish the tasks given to us better thus making it less stressful for me to finish the project meaning I was more likely to finish the project earlier than the time given to us. When I realized that going to class and doing my work before the due date made me less stressed out I tried my hardest to always finish my work in all my class on time making me have a less stressful week. Another example of my improvement in this area is when we look at my Communication improvement profile paper written in the beginning of the year. I wrote the paper the night before and really didn’t look at the rule brick on how everything needed to be organized. When looking at this paper I followed the rule brick the best I can and wrote this paper before the due date allowing me to continually correct the grammar mistakes I have made and other problems that could have been found in this paper. Taking…

have oversight over the ethics program (McDermid, 2017, p1). John Stumpf was removed from office and a new executive, Tim Sloan replaced him. This was a smart move for Wells Fargo because many people do not trust someone of known misconduct holding a position of authority (Wells Fargo Forms New Stakeholder Relations Group, 2017, p.1) Although immediate action did not occur in the past, Wells Fargo did replace Stumpf with Sloan and has made plans to take immediate appropriate/fair disciplinary actions against direct/indirect offenders in the future. The revised code of ethics work on this specific conduct and how it must be implemented so that similar offenses may be prevented.…

This week our team agreed on a scenario and delegated who will do which parts of the Assignment. Communication was very effective for this assignment and we have no issues at this time. All members of the team were very considerate to the rest and communicated in a very timely manner, except for one team member that we have not heard from in the last two weeks. Time management seems to be going very smoothly as well. We feel that the rest of the team put forth a lot of work; however it is unfair that we have to split up another team members work between the rest of us, but we are confident that this will not affect how we perform as a team or the quality of our work. We agree as a team to have our portions of the assignment in by Friday October 3, unless an emergency situation comes up for one of us. This will allow time for editing if needed, and give Kamesha time to include all our references on the reference slide.…

A change in employment can alter a parent’s income, working hours, travelling time and energy levels; which will ultimately affect all family members. Parents may have to adjust routines in order to meet their new demands, this could include making dinner later because they are required to work back later. Children may also have to take on additional responsibilities for the parent’s to cope with the change. For instance, the eldest sibling might have to watch their younger siblings after school before their parents return home from work, or may have to give up leisure and sporting activities as the parent’s working hours may not accommodate for it. The other parent may be required to take on more roles too, such as cooking dinner or taking children to and from activities on certain…

Going through this project I was faced with many challenges, challenges we had discussed in class that I had thought I was prepared for. I was faced with group issues from lack of communication to time issues and conflicting schedules. I met these challenges by simply asking Tyler what I needed to do, if there was any extra research I could do or if I could help pay for anything extra. As far as the conflicting schedules go we were able to work around others work schedules as much as possible, but with everything nothing will work out perfect and some sacrifices always have to be made.…

They were asked to vote on things the school can improve. I assuming most of their meal choices were not healthy. Eric and I had some fun together this year.
