Indian sub continent is the erstwhile country to follow the Vastu Shastra in all constructional activity since 5000 BC. People who build according to Vastu may feel that they are blessed to build according to it, as they may get proper sleep; they are happy, no financial problem etc. In the Indian sub continent the periodic air flow movements are towards North to East from November to April. From May to September it is South to West wards. There for any building to get free flow of air flow in it, must be built in the direction of North-West and South-East. However, many Hindu people consider front door to be facing east and back door towards the west.
