Home telemedicine is part of home care, which incorporate the remote practice into home care practices for providing home care to areas underserved by physicians. In Japan, many home patients are elderly, and in a majority of cases suffer from multiple overlapping chronic diseases that their disease continuously follows up rather than with new diagnosis.
