Executive Summary
In Hong Kong, it is very common that both parents need to have a full time job in order to support the expenses of a family therefore many of the children were not taking care by their own parents but only house maid or grandparents. They are not used to communicate with their own parents.

As of the situation is becoming worst day by day, Marathon Sports have come up an idea which to create an event for parents and kids to join together. Marathon Sports will host a 5K marathon race, in this race, 2 families member need to complete the race altogether. The purpose of the game is to bring family close by achieving goal together. Additionally to creates an opportunity for family to communicate and coordinate during the race. Also marathon is a sport that suitable for people in all ages also it is a cardiac health sport for people even that has heart issue.

About the 5K Marathon, it is owned by Marathon Sports, will host November, 2014 in Hong Kong Pak Shek Kok Promenade. Around 1,000 runners take part across the event; runners may enjoy the view of Tolu Harbour, relief the stress from a busy day. During the race, there will be a resting point in the middle of the race provides water refreshment for the athlete. Some booth games will be also set up for public after the race. The whole event will last for about 4 hours starting at 09:00 a.m. to 13:00 p.m.

Candidate must be paired up with two family members and the combination mix must be one parent and one child. Both members must passed the finishing point altogether so as to count as completion of the game.

In this event, Marathon Sports is not only focus on Marathon race; it is also about communicating and having fun with your family. Marathon Sports embrace the idea of sports and fitness is for everyone, trends to help them have a healthy and active lifestyle. It devotes to promote the importance of healthy life, encourage the families for outdoor activities through this event.
