1.1 Background of the Study
Information technology performs a great part in our life. More companies now a day used computer-based system in processing every transaction. Information System consists of hardware, software, procedures and data to be processed. In computer systems, process, billing, and inventory of product are made in ordering system the same as the information system. In other cases, it includes databases for storage, programs for code and running of programs and procedures for the sequence of processing.
The transaction Processing System (TPS) is a system that does a transaction. It consists of report of all transaction and the processing of the in and out of data. It is also designed to produce an output and maintain a database for storing files. Its capabilities are the same with a computer system. In some case system components such as database programs and procedures are independent from other system. From our study the proponents develop the Ordering system.
Ordering system is an overall term and includes all schemes that attempts to arrange a diversity of objects into particular categorization. Throughout the world Ordering System has relied on pens and papers. Problem such as missing orders and information sent to the wrong place arise.Furthermore, some could not be able to handle the massive volume of orders. Under the old manual ordering system, it takes up too much time to process.
1.2 Statement of Objective
1.2.1 General Objectives
The study aims to be able to provide a User friendly Ordering System for Mozzarita’s Pizza to eliminate the problem encountered in the current system.
1.2.2 Specific Objective
To be able to achieve Efficiency The system will become easy to access because of its human-readable stored on customer’s Monitor that can be reviewed and altered at any time.
To be able to optimize the service The system will use networking to communicate Monitor
