demonstrates more in depth knowledge. Thus knowledge is crucial for further advancements and demonstrates Alexander’s lasting impact over Eurasia medically. Improvements with surgery also took place, and they were now able to control bleeding with tourniquets. This was a medical breakthrough, with incentives that are still used today. Eurasia achievements can be measured by comparing them to an earlier civilization like Egypt. In Egypt they did not have advanced medicine by any means, instead they relied mostly on the gods to heal them and keep healthy whoever the gods think are worthy of life. This success that Eurasia had proves Alexander positively impacted Eurasia medically. Alexander’s rule forever changed Eurasia’s view of medicine, but also heavily impacted Eurasia's Military views.

Alexander’s conquests improved military stadigiesand weapons, and built the foundation for other centuries to further improve. In addition to improving the military Alexander also influences math and Mechanical sciences.
Alexander's rule directly affected Eurasia's advancements in math and mechanical sciences.
Euclid wrote a book with proofs still used today. Even though this was an early development in the math world it is sophisticated enough to still be taught today. This was one of the many mathematical breakthroughs that helped evolve Eurasia’s culture into a more complex, educated and diverse culture. Mathematicians were even able to roughly calculate the circumference of the Earth. This means they not only had the mathematical principles but also applied them . This shows the maturing of Math During the Hellenistic Age, as a result of Alexander's conquests. Not only was math affected, but mechanical sciences also improved the invention the steam engine occurred , and invention still used today to transport goods. This proves Alexander permanently changed Eurasia’s culture regarding mechanical sciences. All of this evidence proves that Alexander’s rule has a long lasting impact on society
today.
