The Cold war was essentially between the United States and the Soviet Union. The Cold war was represented by non-fightin political tension between democracy regimes and communist regimes. During President Kennedy’s tenure in the White House he endured imminent threats and tough decisions. It is events like the Bay of Pigs and others that shaped and affected his foreign policy agenda.
