How Did Khufu Built The Great Pyramid?
Pyramids are a good monument for a pharaohs grave but the pyramids also held their gold and thousand year old wine. King Djoser built the Step pyramid. The Great pyramid was built out of 2.3 million blocks of stone. There are more than one type of pyramid in Egypt, there is the Great pyramid and the step pyramid.
Khufu was the first pharaoh to make a monumental grave for when he past on to his afterlife. Pyramids were built for graves for a pharaoh and for a monument for a special pharaoh. Pharaohs stopped building pyramids because of grave robbers. Khufu built the Great pyramid. The Great pyramid was the biggest pyramid ever built.
The first pyramid was built by Khufu's father, Snefru. It is the Step pyramid. Egyptians stopped building
