as more happened in 1791 as more when loyalists started settling in Upper Canada and allowed great change to happen as well as separating Upper and Lower Canada but later on, in 1838 the Act of Union combined Upper and Lower Canada. This was all due to the Responsible government which was able to keep Canada this way. As it is able to be told that Canada is now a safe and stable country though many events had happened in 1713, 1763, 1763,and 1838, Canada was able to overcome everything with help from the responsible government and everything that had happened during its timeline.
In 1713, a border change happened, due to the war of spanish succession which was stopped by the treaty of Utrecht, that had also allowed Britain to gain the power permanently. This affected both the British and the French. However, Britain not only had control of Acadia, but the Caribbean islands of Guadeloupe and Martinique as well. Later on, the peace treaty was signed by the two sides at Utrecht in the Netherlands where each side agreed to give back some of the colonies they had took in the war. Britain offered to return either Acadia or Guadeloupe and Martinique; which grew sugar-a very valuable item in Europe. However, France decided to let them keep it and give up Acadia. This was because they thought they could still get furs and continue the fur trade with the help of First nations. Therefore, the British was able to gain more land for the country now known as Canada.
The Seven Years' War ended in 1763 when the French and the British agreed to sign a peace treaty in Paris. The seven years war was a huge European war fought by the French/Spanish and the British. Once it had ended, and the British gained victory which affected the French, Spanish, and the British. Afterwards, each side agreed to return some of the places it had stolen from the other side during the war. However, New France was not one of the places. It remained a British colony. Later on, it was found that the colony of New France did not last. It officially ended with the Treaty of Paris. To conclude, due to the peace treaty of Paris, the British was able to establish more land.

The arrival of the loyalists led to a creation of new colonies that were Upper Canada and New Brunswick. They had established a an new identity for Canada while they were there. The Loyalists were able to cause an new economical energy into the British colonies. They were also able to change the community so that land for farming was able to be established by clearing off areas, as well as new towns had started to appear, and more businesses were launched. Canada was unstable but many events occurred that was able to bring it to what it is today; the spanish succession, the seven years war, loyalists started settling in Upper Canada, and the Act of Union happened to bring Canada to its’ state today. Though these events are not exactly good in many parts, if it was not due to them, Canada may still be very unstable. This was all able to be connected with help by the responsible government, which brought Canada stable. In conclusion, Canada had quite a shaky timeline of events to bring it to what it is today; which includes the help of the Responsible government.
