There were many regulations that South America had that stayed the same due to the the Atlantic Revolution. For example, women's roles stayed the same and were treated as if they were unimportant and their opinion shouldn’t be considered in any decision. This belief is something that couldn’t be changed easily because they weren’t given a chance to prove themselves. The economy stayed the same because the Spanish gained more of their money, so the natives grew poor. Another problem that occurred was that those with Spanish descent mostly had the wealth and the natives didn’t have enough power or wealth.
