Therese did this by self-sacrificial means. She was overly kind, continuously loving, and generous at all times. She loved those who hurt her, forgave those who wronged her, and helped everyone who needed it. Therese desired to become a saint, and she lived her life accordingly. Unfortunately, Therese’s life ended early. She passed away due to complications with tuberculosis, but was able to write down many of her thoughts in journals before going.
