STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM
The purchasers of Toyota-Innova cars have their own tastes and temperaments. Problems of the buyers are not readdressed properly by all the sellers and buyer’s satisfaction differs from person to person or from place to place. Therefore, this study is undertaken to identify the problems or tastes due to the Sales and Service of Toyota-Innova. Here the study is a genuine attempt to ascertain the different perceptions of potential customers of Toyota-Innova.
