For example, flexible working hours and working at home. Another benefit is employee support system, it contains medical support for workers and family members, psychological therapy such as stress reduced workshop and child care service that workers’ children are being look after while they are at work. They can spend more time on their family, such as helping children with their homework, traveling, family gathering etc. Employees are able to special leave to take care of their family members under special occasion and won’t affect their jobs. As a result, employees can have better communication and relationship with their children and partners.
