The business operates from my house, therefore, I work from home while my partners travel to the business site. We are in the food production sector hence we purchase raw materials to use in the preparation of our products. The conflict encountered had to do with one of the partners who initially handled the purchases decided against it and delegated me to do the purchasing of raw materials.
