Raymond suffered from dyslexia, a learning disorder that makes it difficult to read and interpret words. Raymond started to show symptoms of dyslexia on the first day of school. Words can’t even describe the pain he felt at school. Raymond’s problem got worse throughout his childhood, so his parents sent him to a special education class on the other side of town. Raymond saw results in no time, and started to feel better about himself and didn’t put himself down. College was in Raymond’s mind and he got plenty of support from his special education school, they introduced him to five colleges that worked with students that faced the similar condition he had. Going to college was going to be difficult, but Raymond was set to accomplish anything because he wasn’t dumb, he was just a bit different from everyone else. We shouldn't categorize people's intellectuality by the way they speak. Instead we should encourage everyone who has the ability to read and write. By doing so we are not only shaping a person, but the world as well. Language is what runs the world we are in today.
